Steamboat Ratchets
Printer-friendly versionPDF version
ANGLE-SHANK RATCHETS were introduced by Patterson in 1966 as a light weight, high-strength, portable barge-coupler. The Towing Industry was never the same again! Within months, the Patterson ANGLE-SHANK became the industry standard because it had no castings as components, was 30% lighter and had fewer parts. And above all, it was much cheaper. And so it has remained to this day....nobody has improved upon it!
STANDARDS AVAILABLE IN 1-3/8 AND 1-3/4 INCH THREADED-SHANK SIZES.
